Sc has also approached me out of nowhere. It seems they are eager to build a case against ace.

They seem to imply that I have a very valid reason to lodge a report against ace.

But bear in mind sc can’t really help retrieving whatever money that you have invested, it’s up to you. All they can do is penalize and suspend ace.

But with SC keeping a close eye on ACE as of late, I may have a very solid evidence to take legal action if things go south next year.

actually it's between 12 - 20% depending on the tranches and products.

Remember that Bank Rakyat has been giving consistent >15% yearly dividend, and Ace markets their products similarly albeit only for sophicasted investors.

So I don't think being gullible is an issue here unless Ace promises 25% and higher. So it still sounds logical.

It does not matter, mind you this is not stock market, and they don’t invest in stock market, this is clearly spelled out in their RPS prospectus.

They did not put unrealistic return and promise monthly dividend so it’s within the realm of possibility + 15 years of track record. This is what makes it look like legit investment and caught all the investors off guard.
