I have sold my property to a buyer and SPA signed in September last year. Lawyer has also receive a letter from management office stating that the total unutilised sinking fund RM490 (my portion) and stating that it is transferable to new purchaser.

Lawyer has also contact the buyer to make payment to me for the stated unutilised sinking fund but till today i still didnt get back any payment from buyer after so many reminders given. What action can i take to claim the arrears of sinking fund?
