Im currently using intact outdoor membrane and indoor hot/cold with tank, as well as 2x 4 step filter under sink generic ones.

IMO there isnt really much diff between the OEM brands and SK/coway/LG etc etc.

that's right.. but many brands SA just briefly explain on the maintenance and some even told the outdoor membrane filter just need to backflush so that the filter will last for years
for in house filter, i am thinking whether should i go for brands like Coway/SK since they had technician coming over according to their maintenance schedule (eg: 2months/4months once)

afaik most OEM POU tank/tankless are similar in design. you can always go back to the ones you bought for service/maintainence. and even if they were to go under other resellers can also service/maintain it.

brands like coway/SK will definitely have better service but price is also up there as well. if you can afford it then sure why not. basically the maintainence you've technically paid upfront already.
