What is the cheapest Internet Plan for now?

Hi Guys, I currently live alone on the weekdays and am thinking of subscribing a internet plan for learning usage. As far as I know the cheapest is RM89 monthly for unlimited data at 30mbps which is quite a cost to me for now.
Would there be any cheaper data plan that would be sufficient for video learnings? |
