All the same only cover different. If got better budget then can choose 212K with key release to free gear when motor or board got problem to maual open close gate. Anyway wiring can just any wireman to do it for u. Std wiring from hse to autogate junction box normally 7 core would be good enough for any autogate system - 3 for power life, neutral and earth, 3 for push button com, 1 side n 2 side and last one stand by incase any problem with one of the wire. U hv to lay the wire b4 fixing the tile. Maybe they quote too low cannot cover 2-3 trip to ur place or it is too far from their factory.

Well u r the buyer so ask them to do their work accordantly if not any damage cause to ur car porch will be deducted from the total amount. If u order the whole gate include wiring from one company there's is no one shot do all.
