Automatic Gate, How much do you need to install one ?

Have anyone heard of Jackpro J9 model?
They offer me RM1700. They said this gate come with additional security features such as auto close if you forget, siren if someone pull your gate, panic button, plus 5 years warranty. Do it manually cause auto-close without sensor beam can be dangerous.
