wow, 4k only?  by delux, the unigate people?  i thought mild steel comes in plates.  you got yours done in strips?

so, after galvanizing and powder coating, it looks no different to the aluminium or zinc alloy gates?

i really would like corten steel for my gate.  i like the bright orange rusted look.

price much cheaper then the few shops in serdang (house near there)

found it in FB page, scroll through their catalog and found thousands of photos and good reviews as well

they also did some steel work for shop in shopping mall & wedding shop at SS2

I go curi tengok and touch and find their work quite decent

btw what you mean by "comes in plates"?

they did give me an option to make it as smooth as aluminium but i prefer the rough surface

can share the contact?  i am in jb though, but will be nice to have some ref.

i meant, i thought mild steel come in sheets, and seldom cut into strips.

smooth?  i thought all powder coating is rough.

you try google Three Kim Metal Works

they have facebook page which they update quite frequent

he did bring along a sample and let me touch

one is smooth surface, one is rough

not as smooth as aluminium thou, rough one is like standard PC casing surface, smooth one is slightly smoother but you can feel the different

For Arm screw type can use any board as long for swing gate.
If rotate type then need to get back the original type.

How to know whether it is screw or rotate type?

Exactly like this.

So this type can just change the board without replacing arm?
