Hi, having an issue with my magnet sw200P autogate system

For some reason gate 1( with the lock) feels hard to move by hand(feels like got some strong resistance), sometimes jam, slow closing speed, wouldn’t close by itself, feels weak when closing as well

Gate 2 doesn’t have this issue and it’s working like normal

Autogate technician already came and claim that it’s wiring issue

But when I test the wire with the multimeter, I got 12-24V DC

Currently I’m suspecting gearbox to be faulty, but it can be motor as well which I’m not sure 😅,, can anyone give their insight on this… planing to go to the supplier to buy the parts and DIY repair
