Automatic Gate, How much do you need to install one ?

my autogate got problem and it have 2 year parts and 1 year labour for warranty. already exceed one year, the part replacement is free but the service fee is RM 45. is this reasonable or not?

I would like to get opinion from others. I'm using slider moto (not a popular brand) for my folding gate of 12 feet. One of the motors from one side already kaput and the model is already obsolete. So need to change one side for whole set. I have been using this for 10 years. The cost to change for one side is about RM 700. Is it worth to repair only 1 side or to buy new whole system in this situation?
