My OAE 333a autogate couldn't open. Prior to this, one side was opening intermittently slower. When my installer opened the box, we saw burned red (power) cable but black OK. Installer just removed the board, regulator, battery, stop work and said its wiring problem. I called a wiring contractor, he tested cable, ELCB and verify cable no problem. I tested the board with another battery and it lighted up on/off but not stable. I'm confused - is burned cable a result of faulty board/regulator? The pic will show that the burned marks occurred prior to the joint/extension of 2 wires. Would appreciate any help. Many thanks.
