I believe, this is the remote that you meant. Yes, you can just show the configuration picture of any of the working remote to your tenant ... It should work.  Or the tenant can open up his broken autogate remote also to see the push button configuration.

Oh, another thing.. make sure the tenant select the correct frequency for the replacement remote. The frequency should be either 330Mhz or 433MHz..

My remote don't have the frequency numbering metalic chip.
I bought a 433mhz remote control as a spare from shopee.
Set the same dip switch but it's not working with my autogate. What's wrong?
How do I know what frequency is my existing remote?

probably, the frequency number is shown on the back?  anyway, this seller shows how to identify 433 vs 330 MHz.

There's no frequency marking at the back.
I believe it has something to do with the blue cylinder. That's the only difference between mine and others with the crystal.
But there's also no marking on this cylinder. confused.gif

The blue cylinder is the knot which can turn to change the transmitting frequency. Need a frequency reader to read it when u turn the knot.
