I need to replace my entire autogate system soon.... and My installer recommended to me AGS ...anyone used it B4 ? Can share feedback ? Is it reliable ?

Anyone here tried AGS brand autogate system? my installer recommend to me.... says its heavy duty.... pls advise if u r using one now...

Does anyone knows.... Do we need to have the original remote for auto gate if the spare one is spoiled? My tenant is in Kuantan and the spare remote he is using is spoilt however i am now based in KL.... so can i snap a photo for him for him to do a duplicate? ( the remote is old type.... got number and can push up and down type) Anyone can advise?
