Being quoted RM29k for this 18f Delux gate
Really not cheap
Was wondering if got any other alternative brands that offer similar product?

1. Delux is "macidis" of autogate lah. Google review 4.9/5 from > 1000 reviewers leh.
2. Need specs to compare apple to apple, eg height, aluminium thickness, laser cuts, etc.

Ha Ha Ha. Delux paying for the brand only while getting a normal Y shape folding kit which now days can get for RM1800/=
Nothing so special unless u add on those over charge laser cut aluminium plate, a few wiring to LED light and joint which most of the ABC trackless is using now days.

For RM20K over can get those ready make 21ft width and 6ft height 2 sets. Also trackless but using special folding gear box only normal design lose out. But I'm using it so far so good after using for 2 years ++ already.

All Sifu, kindly advise any servicing or maintenance needed for automatic folding gate arms? If yes, how long it's time for such service?

is it required to change the lead acid battery on regular basis? say once a year or so? to avoid any issues related to the battery e.g. leaking or corroded terminals

thanks

the string on this remote seems a bit fragile to be fixed onto a keychain together with the other keys. is there anyway to change the casing or to have a cover with a stronger chain?

thanks

All the autogate controller don't actually properly charge the SLA battery. Mostly just put a float voltage around 15-18V with a diode on the battery. That's one of the reason these batteries die very fast. And these SLA easily goes kaput once the it goes below certain voltage. So, if the mains are not around for few days, the battery will die as well soon once it dropped below the threshold and cannot be revived.

Anyone heard of this company called BP STEEL before? Doing RM 8,999 for trackless gates. Same price quoted even for my 17x5ft door.

Seems to be based in Muar but covers anywhere in West coast Msia.

Hi. If like you can contact us at 0122019294. We already help a number of LYN user to settle their Legate problem. Their system is customize so when hv problem with their autogate is by replacing it but need a lot modification work. Their company won't provide after sales service unless u replace their old autogate system and sign new 3 years service contract which is un necessary and no use.

Are you sure they do not provide after sales service? As far as I know they do when I asked them.

Well as far as we know they dun bother to entertain. My frd staying at Bkt Tinggi Klg also face the same problem at the end he just ask me to help settle replace his Legate problem by replacing his Legate autogate. I just met him last 2 ago and his happy with the new replace to the Legate system.

Their gate is solid but once the gear loose is very difficult to tighten it back so the motor can turn the gate to open close. All we write is base on our customer experience and not to condemn anyone.

Hi, having an issue with my magnet sw200P autogate system

https://magnet.com.my/product/sw200p-mag-underground-swing/

For some reason gate 1( with the lock) feels hard to move by hand(feels like got some strong resistance), sometimes jam, slow closing speed, wouldn’t close by itself, feels weak when closing as well

Gate 2 doesn’t have this issue and it’s working like normal

Autogate technician already came and claim that it’s wiring issue

But when I test the wire with the multimeter, I got 12-24V DC

Currently I’m suspecting gearbox to be faulty, but it can be motor as well which I’m not sure 😅,, can anyone give their insight on this… planing to go to the supplier to buy the parts and DIY repair

Did you manage to solve ur issue?
