its promotion package.... i did compared alot before... if using back the same material for my gate... and buy the motor from other shop... i think 3k at least for my gate... and then the engine itself even local brands also need 1.2k above already... foreign brands at least 1.8k above....

Normally when u plan to replace the embedded type with arm model it's better to replace the whole set so you won't waste time and money to replace the board later on if have problem and arm type dun require delay setting on board for the embedded model. Old board normally the relay and setting is a bit out and will cause problem controlling the new motor. So advice just change the whole set and won't face warranty problem and $$$$

The arm rust hmmmm that's weird. The metal arm is galvanise normally won't rust unless kena cement. Well if rust a bit just use sand paper to sand the rust part and spray or paint on it.

Free the motor with release key then push it open half way the gate. unscrew the two nuts under the motor holding the arm push down and slide it out from the u bracket holder. Then do what ever touch up to the arm. Once finish painting or spray the arm just slide back to the u bracket and slowly adjust it back to the bottom of the motor screw and screw back the nuts. Case close. Save money and save time.
