if it's a high-cc, high value bike, and for travel around malaysia - then make sure u got a bike cover.
don't underestimate the power of bike cover, make sure your bike cover is ugly, cheap looking, and preferably look like got alot of birdshit on it.
2nd line of defense is make sure u got security screw on brake caliper + add in the quicksteel putty over the screwhead. And for levers, if you had your bike long enough and the level position is final - just go to a welding shop and ask them weld it onto the handlebar.
3rd line of defense - buy those disc lock alarm thing, depending on how expensive is your bike, you can choose to use 2, 4 or even 6 of those motion-triggered alarm.
Finally, depending on how much u love your bike, buy a heavy duty chain - as heavy duty as you can accept and use it to chain your bike subframe or wheels onto a solid immovable object around, for best effect - lock your bike onto a polis car sportrim if there is ever 1 around.
Any ideas for bike locks?, pencuri sekian.. jaga jaga ya....
