 WoW on a lappy, Sudden lag.. Could it be RAM too low?

i got a dell 6400 2gig ram with x1400 ati mobility readon 1.73ghz intell centrino duo t5300 u think got any problems with the game???

ya but my 6400 just randomly "jams" or freez when im half way playing this dosent happens rarely but quite frequently... some time while playing warcraft 3 my laptop graphics start being retharted....iv trolled ati website but i dont see any solution...even warcraft 3 also can jam worse again fallout 2 it suddently laggs sigh its not even funny any more..

i got the fans below it the laptop coller i dont dare to open at all coz i called dell they said it is placed in a wrong place...i play on a freaking wooden tabel with a laptop cooler below @.@

err i think should be ok i was playing wow on my old laptop with similar spec but 512mb ram so should be ok
