Hi everyone.

It is a sad day today as i have to announce that Ayil, a user here in Lowyat, affected my sales of my Nokia N80IE. the story goes like this.

Ayil PMed me right before Merdeka Day requesting to buy my phone. Then I reserved it for him. I waited till past Merdeka but he then suffered from appendix so he went back to his kampung for traditional methods of medicine.. called his HP but no one answered.

At this point in time, i started feeling nervous. No answer and i'm rejecting offers for my phone. Now his fren used his account telling me that Ayil has now is in the hospital. He told me that he would bank in the money on behalf of his good friend, Ayil. Yes, I trusted him.

Until now, there is no answer from him. When i PMed him just now, he told me that he is another user of the account. and that SEVEN people are also sharing the same account.. SEVEN!!

here is the screenshot saying that the account is under SEVEN, i repeat.. SEVEN people..

what there is left to say is that we do not know who is using who's account.. and that "No Money, No Talk".

plz.. PLZ check when those 2 threads have been opened.. those are 2 DIFFERENT SETS OF PHONES! THEY'RE NOT THE SAME!! this one for ayil (or whoever it is) is reserved for him. Fine!! if its so hard to get him to bank in, i might as well just keep the phone. no hard feelings.

I can see ayil will reply or interested all new or used item that just posted,

he will reply thread like "want to deal fast" "need it urgently" then after some while no reply or MIA.

Dont simply spoil other ppl business

That is just simply annoying. People already good enough to reserve it for you for a long time, yet you take the chance slowly. I don't expect you will be by your bro side for 24/7 in the hospital also rite? Fine if delay few days, but this..

Don't forget, he is selling handphone, you delay, the price drop, who bear consequences? You are good at thinking for your part, but you NEVER did think anybody else part huh? There is nothing wrong with him to sell back the phone ( if it the same phone he want to sell ), you dishonored it, you do not deserve it.

I don't really think he ask for deposit to avoid ffk'er rite? You better be glad that he willing to delay the phone instead of crapping here about how your bro in hospital, or whoever that using your account.

man.. u got issues.. No, REALLY.. IDENTITY ISSUES..

first its the REAL ayil.. next its his frens. now its his brother.. GOSH.. get a life!! GET YOUR OWN ACCOUNT LAH!

i understand that u might have difficulties in filling in registration forms but at least try so that other people wont have a hard time!

U might say that the real Ayil caused dealers 2 be delayed.. but why hasnt anyone created a complaint here about him or at least a notification? (this makes me the first). I'm sorry to have to do this.. but the condition u are putting me into qualifies yourself to be placed in this complaint corner..

Next time put disclaimer that the validity for booking is most for 3 days.
Than no one can blame anyone on FFK issue.

c'mon man. that guy is admitted and maybe suffer in pain (if it is..). put urself in his shoe. i bet if during long waiting time if someone want to buy the phone, you already sell it isnt?. you dont? hmm.. i doubt that... coz i wont. just like traffic summon, give 14 day oni to pay becoz during the 14 day period, people will got their pocket filled. if still dont pay, mean that they dont want to pay. just like me...hehe.

hey.. if 7 ppl are using your account, i can just say that the first one of them is admitted to the hospital.. the next day, use the 2nd persons name.. hey.. i spoke to ayil on the phone b4.. he seemed like a nice guy that is why i had the COURTESY to wait..

and your issue on traffic summon.. if u dont pay, i bet the law is going to get back at u one day.. then why not go on a road rage and collect summonses & dont pay them? sounds like a great hobby right?
