currently what I have found the best suitable is the tuan residency
not much area restriction, just hope to have within 15km from Kelana Jaya (office)

It’s a bit short sighted to get a unit close to your CURRENT workplace. Universally accessible is perhaps a better bet as you move on to bigger and better things.

but if your budget is 450k and if u wan 3 rooms basically u can ignore kl cheras area already, puchong kajang might still have close to 1000sf with 450k

KL Cheras price up alot.

Especially Sunway, velocity, mytown IKEA, eko mall, maxim came in. UEM sunrise also gonna start their development at the center Cheras area soon. Most of the Cheras areas from North to South very well covered by mrt.

Foresee whole Cheras will be a happening suburb city within.

Ownstay or investment ?

As a first home buyer with your budget, get a Rumawip or Selangorku. Take advantage of these affordable housing schemes. Your first house will not be your last. When you do upgrade (after the moratorium on such units), at least you are safe in the knowledge that you will not lose money or be stuck with a property that cannot be sold

with ur budget either u get 2 rooms in city centre or you go rumahwip
