i am going to rent to a chinese guy, now contract is under his chines name
he is going to marry a malay girl so future his name will be changed right?
is it mean the renting agreement with his original name no more valid?
so is consider void?

Current trend people converted to Islam no longer change their name. Majority will remain using their same name. No issue.

No problem if he remain with his name even if he convert to muslim. 2 of my friend convert to muslim. 1 remain with his old name and another one change to different name.

You need to confirmed back with that guy.

Change name doesnt make any agreenemt/contract/loan to be null.

If can many ppl sure change name every year.

Name change won't affect contract validity if it's been stamped and all the necessary paperwork done properly, since it's tied to NRIC which cannot be changed willy nillly.
