 Northbrigde & Southbridge cooling, which one more important to be cooled??

Overclocking sure will heat up NB & SB chipset. Which One is more important to be cooled?

Do I need a water block for SB chipset also?

Any sifu please help me with this... icon_question.gif

Definitely north bridge is the essential component to be cooled first ...

as for south bridge it could be cooled as well if really do some OC to it which most of time many won't ... .
