Dear sifus,
Any suitable side income with startup money around RM50k.

Any suggestion?
Currently in mind lelong house for flip, crypto, stock market or P2P lending.

Brainstorming would be better approach I guess. I do research quite some while. Some are high risk and some are low return. So getting some ideas from the experience people would guide middle age person like me and others too.

If starting business for side income only then I think its not a wise move. Starting a own business need full time and attention. For now I am unable to focus full time business.
