Today I received several calls in the morning from a private number 0301 at home.To be exact 4 calls in total.

Each time I picked up the phone a pre recorded message plays as follows:

"Ini Mahkamah Kuala Lumpur.Anda dikehendaki untuk menghadiri ke mahkamah pada rabu minggu depan kerana disyaki terlibat dalam satu kes ceti rompak.Untuk maklumat lanjut sila tekan 9..."
The boy who spoke in the recorded message sounded stern coming from a Chinese.If I am not mistaken he sounded like one of the call operators in the telco helplines which always call u up when you don't pay your bills.Very familiar..where have I heard of him before.

I was shocked when I hear it. Morning persistent calls from the KL majistrate court when I am in Ipoh at the moment?So inquisitively I press 9.My call got directed to some operator I believe is Chinese again which only knew how to speak Malay even though I repeatedly asked him questions in English.Then he ask me for my name, I gave him a fake surname.Then he started asking for my IC number for verification.Now I'm mad.Gave him a slam on the phone and that was the last i heard from the ghost number.

Anyone has experienced this before?
How can this be allowed to happen?Should have asked him for a return call number the next time.

I am now trying to recall who the fxxk did I gave my home phone number to most recently.If I ever find out about the culprit, this would make it to the press and he'll sure be referred to the police.Stupid idiots now resorting to exploiting Malaysian judiciary system for scams.

If the court wants to ask me to attend a hearing they could have probably sent me a letter or have a police knocking up my door. Why would they put a pre recorded message for me?

This call came in to my home's TM fixed line.

All scam! Let them try to 'sue' you... see if they are up the challenge. I bet you many won't even try. Only the 'kiasi' will follow their demands and ended crying in the media.

Luckily they didn't say I was terlibat in some rape or molest case.Then I would pengsan.

Our telco should take fast action against them.What is the purpose of private number leh?Give more trouble to people only.Is it worth protecting people who can pay for hiding their dark crimes or innocent call receivers who gets stalked?

No, Just challenge them to 'sue' by ending the call early or by slamming the phone down after the moron answered. If he calls back, tell him this:

"A moron like you who can't speak a word of English is ain't worth my time. Please con someone else. Thank you."

I got this call yesterday. I knew it was a scam so I played along with them. I pressed '9' and this one chinese guy talking malay to me.

I let him talk for a while, after that , I just said ' don't cheat me, and please get a decent job in life' in chinese to him.

He ended the call

MCA Michael Chong was the one who bring this to press, quite long ago. Few months back.

Guess what, I still received the mahkamah fake call yesterday, same Chinese guy who speaks Malay and Mandarin with me while I was answering in English. They are still surviving !!

Seems like this kind of things are still happening even in 2019.

I received the same kind of call 5 days ago and between each call, it was only about 20 minutes apart

Why need to press 9 if ask to press 9..

I always press other number than when was requested to press a particular number
Behold....they answer and ask my name...etc....

Then I fucker them kaw kaw why still can still answer my call despite pressing other number..
