SRG gas regulator for domestic use, Help

I bought a SRG gas regulator with indicator in July.
It fitted nicely on the 1st Petronas 13,5kg gas cylinder. This morning i changed to another Petronas gas cylinder, it did not fit. i cannot turn the indicator to click into the cylinder fitting. Tried it on another cylinder, it did not fit too. Does anyone have any problems on fitting the SRG regulator onto Petronas cylinders? Is there anything i can try to fit it in? Thanks in advance.
