there isn't much choice for mid-class mpv. you have the alza at entry level, the very old exora, all the recon before you get to premium stuff from hyundai & toyota.

the serena is more function over form but its over priced. they should have kept the price but update the interior & safety features.

was hoping honda and toyota bring in the new stepwgn and noah/voxy to have some options but looks like they are not interested.

for a large family car an mpv is still better than suv with more usable 3rd row, space, flexibility and easy ingress/egress.
