It depends how bare your unit is, the one that take a big chunk out of your cost are:-
1. Carpentry work (Built in)
2. Kitchen Cabinet + Hob and Hood (built in)
3. A/C & installation
4. Flooring redo if you don't like the current one
5. Bed & mattresses
6. Toilet/Kitchen/Yard full wall tiles (or floor tiles including Foyer if not provided)

With the basic above easily cost 40-50k

Everything else really depend on the model/brand and the design you are looking for.

Need to see how they plan for it, for me 50k is minimum I can do on the above for my recent unit, material and brand is a huge factor on how you can stretch the number.
