I think you would need to provide more details for people to give you some more accurate estimates. For example, number of rooms, condition of condo (old or new), condo come as bare finish or partial finish, etc.

nowdays i think 50k can only cover kitchen cabinet (with hob hood), plaster ceiling, downlight and fan.. maybe aircond..
