Any benefits to preordering than just walking in on launch day? Can't wait to get my hands on the IP14 since my Samsung is going haywire already.

Just received store pick up email notification from senheng. Quite efficient. Hopefully no delays.

while waiting for this friday, figured i will shop for the accessories first hehe..

first time using iphone since iphone 6. any recommendations for accessories to get? want to make use of the magsafe so thinking if i should get:

- magsafe charger? is it worth getting this despite the slow charging speed? don't mind third party brand also. i mostly charge while gaming so need something that's comfortable and also charge relatively fast enough
- magsafe powerbank? idea sounds nice but idk how slow charging will be. and will i be able to game with it on the go?
- magsafe wallet. looking for something that can fit more than 3 cards.

any recommendations will be much appreciated!

i will definitely get powerbank, i just dunno if i will end up using the magsafe or just charge via cable

i also had wireless charger for samsung but end up never use cause i cant use while charging. but the magsafe charger looks like can still use while charging but i wonder how slow it will be..

ok this is the feedback i needed.. think i will skip on the magsafe powerbank. what about just the magsafe charger for home use?

Anyone here ordered from senheng?

I spoke to them on WhatsApp earlier to ask for details on pick up. I ordered on 16/9 12.06am btw.

Their answer is I will receive a call or email from Friday to Monday. I was like ??? I should be picking up on Friday already! What la this senheng....

Where and when did you place order?

Envy all those bought from machines.. senheng just crickets only and their customer service have no clue about anything

I just called senheng HQ and they're quite good answering my questions. They confirmed I am in first batch (PO 12.06AM).
And the v care is extra 2 years on top of senheng extra year 2 warranty, so effectively there's a total of 4 years warranty.

Called the senheng outlet in JB and they said they're still discussing with management about opening times. Hopefully they can open earlier at 8am. The units will only reach the outlet tomorrow so they'll start calling tomorrow to confirm the pick up.
