They finally replied me today on their customer service whatsapp. I got a different answer than yours tho, they said we can add on during the collection and it is the same as shown online RM49 for the extra 1 year warranty.

For their bank offers, if u opted for installment plan, RM100 cash voucher is only eligible for the first 400 customers. We will only know if we are eligible during the collection.

As for the date and time that we have chosen for collection, they will SMS/Whatsapp to confirm the collection.

This is for purchase with Urban Republic, should be the same as Switch I guess as they are under the same company plus from their website, the offers are similar.

Is this true? After googling found few articles that the launch phase iphone supplies would still be from China. The production in India will start two to three months after the launch.

Oh i got mine at 12.50 am which is still showing the status fulfillment from 23rd September. Do you intend to go to your chosen pick up time or did the shop mention that we can collect at any time tomorrow?

How much did they charge you for the year 2 extension warranty? Is it RM49 or RM249?

Btw for you guys who preordered from Urban Republic, just contact the branch that you chose for pick up. I didn't receive any notification from them, I contacted the branch directly through the contact no. that a forumer here gave, they told me to just come and collect today, no need to follow the time that we have selected when we preordered.

For those that chose to pay via credit card installment, there is RM100 voucher u can claim. I got mine when I collected mine on launch day at Urban Republic. The same offer with Switch. Just not sure whether it is still available now. Oh and plus the RM49 second for 2nd year warranty also.

I noticed Switch also give discount on Apple accessories till end of this month.

Urban republic and switch a bit less, most banks they give rm100 but if not mistaken certain bank credit card they give more also

I registered mine after preordering on the website. There is a small icon on the right where you can just click to join. I only realised this after placing the order. On the day of collection in store, told them i already registered and I have to open the website to show them my member id. I have been an in store member for years, apparently this is a different type of membership so we have to register again in their website.

I have the same issue with yours. I have spoken to their CS today and they said the component on their side is ready but they are having issues for Iphone. Asked me to contact them back in 3 working days if I am still not able to get 5G.
