Does anyone have experience pre-order in Machine, switch, or any local telco? Usually, need to wait how long? Can get it on 23rd september?

Received an email from Machine that I can collect in store from the 23rd onwards. Can request to change the date e.g. 27th Sept? Having last minute working trip.

Now, I received a call from Machines that I can take on the 23rd. I mentioned I want to take it on the 27th. Then, suddenly they said I can take tomorrow anytime instead. I am happy for awhile until they called back to tell me cannot because of the system not allowed.
