I ordered from Celcom last week as well , is there way to track the progress or anything at all ? I only received an email saying Celcom will need 2 days to verified my documents.. I just called Celcom, said my order been cancelled by me.....

I called CS... asked me to wait and they "check"

Esalated to manager, said will call back two more days...
Today i test call again see what story they goign to tell me.. CSR said , we will ship your phone in 6-8 weeks....... I said, when i click checkout ur system said "in stock". why u need 6-8 weeks.
