another way is to bring the receipt to Switch, and verify further from there, or verify with Switch CS on WhatsApp/FB, they respond quite fast..

1st red flag: FB got ppl saying he is scammer.
2nd red flag: He said he also selling OEM casings at huge discount, questionable genuineness.
3rd red flag: Selling at staff discount price, doing all these as charity w/o profit? Staff discount also got purchase limit.
