Went there previously because happen to visit the shopping mall. Was told will put me to waiting list but there is no written document for proof. Celcom customer service mentioning there is no record of my order.

Just want to confirm if really in the waiting list, otherwise I would direct buy from online store.

The 019-601 1111 is the celcom helpline not the contact for the store itself.
That's where they do not have any information about the waiting list.

I will buy online if they confirm don't have my name in the waiting list.

Anyway I did try to order online last night, after filling up the details and everything, it just can't proceed saying they are doing system update. Repeated several times then gave up.

This morning wake up try again but no more colour I want.

Just to update and sharing my own case so other who is interested or in the same situation like me knows.
Till date still no news at all from the BlueCube Sunway Pyramid and no way I could contact them.

In the night of 6/10, I managed to purchase the 14pro 256 on the Celcom website. I am port in from Digi and taking 98 plan.
The order confirmed on 7/10 but the shipping updated on 11/10 which kind of expected, it was long weekend.
I got my phone just now after lunch by delivery.

Currently still using ip11.

Any recommendation for charger?
I thought I no need to buy any charger as I have a Ugreen fast charger that's 3-4 yrs old but it is not able to charge the iphone either using ugreen cable or iphone original cable.

In the end, I bought Ugreen 100W GAN from lazada RM178 and free 1 2M type C cable for me to charge my laptop.
Not test to charge several devices concurrently but it charges really fast in my ip14pro.
