I think this user is KC's duplicate account, inactive since 2011, suddenly active and vouch for KC.

Last active 28th Sep 8.53am, after reply received item from KC then go offline, until today he active again.

How to maintain good battery health?

Is it not recommended to charge until 100%?

Same with mine, but my whatsapp data only 8GB, at first show 29mins, then add up to 1hours+, then I just left it

overnight, 8 hours later still show remaining few minutes left, maybe because my iPhone will auto turn off the screen

so the app not running? After I turn on the screen and wait for a while then the process finally completed.

I think you can try it too, transfer during sleep time and wait

I only use original Apple 20w adapter and cable.

Usually charge one time per day. (now I think need charge twice )

Usually charge from 25~40% until 80~95%, never charge overnight or play phone during charge.

Mostly use WhatsApp, Facebook etc, less watch video, no gaming.

Sometime use GoogleMap/Waze and Hotspot but not much.

Not to mention I still have one secondary phone, really didn't expect the battery health drop so fast...
