bro, just check their FAQ, its stated. minimum you need to be 6 months subscriber of the said plan.

afaik, its more towards allow you to easy switch to new iphone device with a minimal upgrade fee. of coz u can still remain after contract expired. but better to just go ask bluecube guys there for accurate answers.

1. contract ends at 24 months, so any penalty result from it is null after 24 months. unless u opt for upgrade, if not wrg, that option require u to surrender the old fon.

iphone certainly can tahan lazak, here are my experience on all my iphone since my kids came to this world,
6s - naked without sp. use like a mop by my daughter resulted in badly scratch screen. drop on the tar road when exit car, just scuffs at corner. thrown from baby chair, all still good .
se - spigen armor cs case. thrown from baby chair, baby cot and bed still good.
14 - mag safe hybrid case. thrown from baby chair ,baby cot and bed still good.
14pm - mag safe hybrid case. thrown from baby chair ,baby cot and bed still good.
