Just bought iPhone 14 Pro Max 1TB from Jaya Shopping Centre with Apple Leather Case, Panzer Glass HD Screen Protector, Hoda Sapphire Camera Lens Protector and 30W Apple Charger. Jump from Samsung Note 10+ to iPhone 14 Pro Max can feel the speed, reliability and overall premium device hold on hand. The downsize was Malaysia not offer Apple Care Plus while Singapore market offer this extended warranty.

Guys, need some opinion. May I know is there a different when it comes to physical sim and e sim apart from one embedded and another one physical sim? I plan to migrate physical sim to e sim if there are some advantages for iPhone device that support e sim? Example like network coverage, 5G support and etc?

TBH, very hard to claim based on your current incident. They can say is your carelessness that caused this issue happened. The best solution is buy a camera protector to cover up the area or leave it or buy a new iPhone to satisfy your OCD. When you bought this iPhone, first thing we need to do is on the spot check the fault for any cosmetic defects before accepting the phone since the product itself came with premium price tag.

Just disable both data and Wifi connection before charge your iPhone. Problem solved.

Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max battery use less than 3 months already dropped 1% to 99% despite follow Apple Procedure to Charge the Battery using Original Charger. Previous model Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max use about a year then only dropped 1% to 99% follow Apple Procedure to Charge the Battery using Original Charger too. The Battery Capacity to hold the Battery not great for current iPhone variant. Replacement cost wise after Apple Warranty Coverage will be RM400++ Anyone got send their Apple iPhone for Battery Replacement to Machine Reseller? How was the process? Can get back Apple iPhone within few hours time?
