I think you can check your status in your Digi account order status there whether is Shipped or In process

simple. here is the trick. DIGI uses Line Clear Express. you can use your order number to track on their website below.
once reach their office. just call them to self pick up on the 23rd morning. they will not release until the 23rd even if they already receive it on the 21st or 22nd.

bro I've checked my ultra hybrid black frame, totally not sharp at all.. very smooth, in fact I've been using this black frame for XS, 11 PM, 12 PM and 13 PM, and now 14 PM.. never had sharp edges before

you might wanna check with your seller and request for a replacement, I suspect yours could be a defected casing
