Question, I just received an invoice email from maxis on my 14pm. It stated “your order will be ready collection from 23 sep 2022 onwards depending on stock arrival”.

My option is to self pickup at the nearest maxis centre.

My concern is, will maxis/maxis centre call me when the item arrived and ready for collection, or via email? This is my first time pre booking via zerolution online.

For me, it’s useful. I charged my iphone all the time with a magsafe powerbank. So, i dun need to carry around cables. Just stick my phone on the charger, drop it in my handbag and go.

Not sure for maxis. For u mobile esim replacement must go to centre physically. So I have to bring my new phone to u mobile centre which is a bit inconvenient lo. Supposedly they can just sent me the QR code and I can scan it on my new phone to activate it.

There is an option to transfer your e-sim from your existing iPhone to the new iPhone .... not sure if this is applicable for maxis or not.. this is of course assuming that you are using an iPhone on e-sim today
