What a stupid gameplan when you have a 38 years old central defender as your playmaker. Everything goes back to Thiago Silva to initiate the forward pass. There was an instance when Reece James put up a cross just now, and the only body we have in the box is our left back.. defuq is this shit..

watched man utd and arsenal game last night. i really missed the direct playstyle that both team did last night. compared to us.. gentel gentel bola, and then lose possession. dribble until half of opponent team is inside the box to defend, then make a cross, only to realize the person upfront are dwarves sterling/mount..

last time, the one dribbling was hazard. we can expect some magic to happened. this time around, we got mr. injury prone pulisic/ziyech to do the damage. plus all other players who tukul put out of position..

we just became the old arsenal.. controlling the game just or the sake of having control. passing / dribbling the ball around just to make it look good and then without end product.

in a way, i am happy tuchel is gone. we never stick with a manager for long time, so, i am kinda immune to the managers merry-go-round.

the start of this season looks weird. new owner, and new approach to how players are brought in. from the looks of it, seems like boehly took a lot of advice from tuchel. and then, the result didn't really came out comparatively well, compared to the amount of money being spent.

as i said in my previous post.. rebuilding is the usual excuse when we don't get the result. but the way tuchel is doing his rebuilding doesn't seem to have any image/plan. game after game, he keep fielding players out of position. and then blaming them for not showing hunger. i think he lost his way somewhere after winning the CL and CWC..

i really hope whoever the new coach is, he will phase out all these non-sense possession based football that leads to nothing. people will only remember the winner. not the 90% possession you got in the game, not the stupid dribble and then losing the ball.. not the crosses to short wingers upfront..

and jorginho should play with the reserve.

potter got 5 years deal as head coach - i dont think our previous managers got a deal this long on signing day. don't think boehly will let him go after 1-2 years. i think this guy will stay for a long time, with or without result.

crazy seeing how haaland play. for 60m, he was scoring for fun, and at crazy rate.

and, how direct man city was playing against man utd. no stupid dribbling, no stupid gentel2 and then got beaten.. no non-sense play style just to make it look beautiful.

Cannot expect more from manager coming from midtable team. And the players didnt help the cause. Havertz has been super wasteful in this game..

Arsenal deserve the win though. They seemed to have a game plan. Ours is more like fire-fighting game plan. The urgency to win came AFTER we concede.

For the sake of the lol, I hope arsenal will bottle it before end of the season haha
