Based on what I can see, tukul's instructions is simple je, maintain possession at all times, and wait till you have at least two passing options then only pass. Don't make risky long passes unless you see an opening

Less to do with tactics, and more to do with the quality of the players on the pitch.

Most of our players especially lack vision and playmaking abilities, we don't have many good ball progressers outside of kovacic. Some of our players also fail in off the ball movements, getting into good positions to receive the ball to initiate runs

Also we have lots of 'passengers' in our team eg jorgi, lakaka hence why we need to play a back 3 as opposed to a more attacking formation
