Mind sharing your long term career plan other than just joining GLC? Like do you want to go overseas or manage a team or want to be an individual contributor? What about other benefits offered in your current role? Leave entitlement? Any bonus? Insurance? All this can be considered against the one year contract offer (normally contract role doesn't have many benefits that's why they offer allowances, is this true in your case?)
