U mean HQ? Went there once but left disappointed as ngam ngam finished. Then chat with the officer there, tell me come next week Friday around 12pm. Managed grab 2 there base on 2 IC and must in person. Next week, grab another 1 for my kid. Wanted grab another for my other kid but can’t. Was told by officer there that Nu Central branch no control on the IC procedure.

Drop by Nu central but a lot ppls, wife said don’t want risk kena covid, so we cabut.

All this in jun. Just happened need to drop by KL for appointment. If go there on purpose, really not worth it as it not guaranteed can get.

I was lucky to grab 4 more thru ewallet in July & Aug to replaced all my old cards
