The location of this project is very bad. Behind SMKDJ and Sungai Kayu Ara and overlook Kampung Kayu Ara.

Thank you for raising your concerns,

May I know what are the issues with SMKDJ? I personally live beside SMKDU and never found it was an issue.

Stellar Damansara is located within the Damansara Jaya vicinity. Which is matured neighbourhood, the location of Stellar Damansara is not as bad as you think. As you can see from google maps there is not much land for future developments. Most of the developments would be done on neighbouring land such as Kampung Kayu Ara as you mentioned.

Stellar Damansara's land was also previously occupied by squarters and as you can see on the far right we have 121 residence, slightly above there is Utamara & one east at Kayu Ara.



Stellar Damansara unique in a way whereby Tower A residence'ss living room have views from both sides of their residence which is South East and North West

For the North West side it will be overlooking Kampung Kayu Ara/Bandar Utama/Tropicana

And the South East side they can view Damansara Jaya/Utama/ss2/KL City skyline.

And for Tower B's living room and Masterbedroom over look South East.

For Kayu Ara river, may I know what is the issue? Currently as we can see it is muddy due to the construction of LRT 3 right opposite of Stellar Damansara.
Other than that it is a clean river and no clear signs of rubbish, I use to study at SMKDJ too and it has always been clean.

That’s the difference. You used to study there only. I used to study in DJ too and I stayed in Kayu Ara. So yes, don’t need to make it sound good. I know how good it can be and tbh, nothing good about the location.

From stellar location, just behind the driver is a makeshift mosque. On top of that majority of ppl staying in Kayu Ara is illegal immigrant. We even call it mini Indonesia.

For the unit that face kayu ara good luck, because it will be an eye sore 24/7. Not to mention how inaccessible the location is. If the exit is to the road heading towards nkve, then to go uptown u need to either go all the way towards the toll and make a u turn on the flyover which has one of the worst jam. Or go through kayu ara and come out near the temple. Location wise bad bad bad. Can’t tell anything good about this project.

i like the layout but is it freehold ? and expected completion date ?

It is leasehold, located in Damansara Jaya..

Expected completion date would be March 2025.. 3 years from the launch date on 4th March as this project is under HDA and is required to be completed in 3 years..

Any indicative pricing yet?
Saw from the website that the developer is selling rm5000 preview tickets.

That's not true. Nowadays developer can apply for Extension of Time (EOT) before launching. up to 5 years can be granted up front.

location not the best but hey, i dont think there is any empty land in this area. but the kampung in kayu ara used to throw all their rubbish into the river tho.
