I buy and rent during my 20s. Buy another one for stay on 30s.
But now, I don't see the value of buy and rent anymore especially generally rent price is low.
But I believe there are still property still worth to buy and rent. Just that is not common.

House prices has appreciate out of my reach. I can only tumpang at my old man place in which he bought for rm90k 30 over years ago. Today the same unit is asking for rm750k. Scary.
