Strong margins recorded due to asset, systems, connectivity and R&D are all owned by them. Hence, it should maintain within the range of 35-45% margins going forward.

Currently at PE of about 30x. We believe the growth is still solid and likely to see a forward PE of around 20x. Based on these range of PE, we believe it will have upside potential in a long term view. As there is some sort of mutual dependency of the clients with ITMAX, it is sort of sticky to change a vendor overnight. Hence they should be priced around PE of 30-35x.

Fair value may range around RM1.60-1.90

ITMAX and its subsidiary, Sena Traffic Systems Sdn Bhd (“STS”) (collectively the “Group”) are a public space networked systems developer and service provider. The Group’s integrated systems and solutions are key for smart cities. The Group also has an integrated platform via its own communications network to facilitate data sharing of public space networked systems.

As at 5 November 2022, ITMAX:

1. owns ~8,600 video cameras and related infrastructure
2. has installed approximately 45,000 LED street lights in public spaces within Kuala Lumpur
3. has deployed approximately 360 traffic controllers in Peninsular Malaysia including Kuala Lumpur, Seremban and Johor
4. owns approximately 400 km of underground fibre optic cables with associated networking devices within Kuala Lumpur
5. owns 17 telco towers and monopoles across Selangor and Perak
