QUOTE(Mr Mercedes @ Aug 9 2022, 04:10 PM) Last time had a few friends from HK came to visit us in KL, so I brought them to the Connaught Pasar Malam jalan2 and dinner. visited HK use their public transport, having a conversation with my family member. They thought Taman Connaught was a upmarket T20 area because they saw got double storey houses there topkek. Some HK aunty know we are not HK, so she ask from where, I said MY. 1st question she ask is how big our house in MY, I said 4500sqft. Her shock face is priceless. HK people perception in house size really several tiers smaller we think lol, to them even 1000-1500 sqft is T20 already lol |

QUOTE(J1g54w @ Aug 9 2022, 07:12 PM) failed ad... when ppl see your logo at the end they get turned off maybe HK ppl love ads like this. hard sell and obvious logoshould have used product placement technique... shoot a scene where she is chatting with someone for a couple of seconds but can see the property signboard at the back... people have curious eyes and will definitely spot it. if you show like this it becomes hard-sell and suddenly the "original feel" of the video is gone because it's an obvious "ad" but then again, we are not their target market |

QUOTE(Knnbuccb @ Aug 9 2022, 11:10 AM) I long time no eated Charsiew Siewyuk from Malaysian liao, but I used to love Kepong's Charsiew in Siewyuk style. Also, Hongkong Charsiew Siewyuk is salty sauce, Malaysia is sweet sauce. Here in the UK, I make my own siewyuk and roast duck in house, and its load of work. Also, Air fry Siew Yuk but charsiew marinated is gooding. Now, I'll vote my siewyuk charsiews is better internationall, hahaha. |
