I have spoken to my superior, he will just turn and twist. Like for the reporting structure, he will just say oh ya, he/she will be supporting your team (though there's nothing he/she can support our team, we got nothing to do with each other). Then the other day ask again on this, the story become ya, u need to report to he/she as well. Those perform well from your team will become his/her staff, then u hire new and train again.

My hr can't do anything. One the new staff voice out openly his disagreement for last minute travel arrangement and ask for reschedule, get terminated
