Initially I'm reporting to a manager, and suddenly, they put my reporting line to this manager's subordinate, and they didn't tell me, they just change it in our system and all approving line change to this new person. Can they do this?

Also, there's this plan where the company will take your best employee and place them into another team, so called growth plan for this selected employee, and you have to hire new and train them, then they take your 'ready make' people. Can they do this?

And the manager keep asking you do the task that's not mine, example sales strategy, it actually should be done by the current sales director, but bcuz i have vast saless exp in my past, I'm being asked to do or keep involving me asking my input, but I'm don't apply for a sales role here. And not like they appreciate or incentives me, the other way round, I don't get any credit for it. How do I stop this (apart finding new job) ?

Yes, organisational changes can be done at the discretion of the company and without the employee knowing as well. It isn't your call to make nor do you have a say in it. You can't stop it as if the person asking for your input or asking you do to tasks, is your superior, you can't really argue UNLESS you are a UNION staff which then you are covered by UNION rules which has certain job specifications.

Thanks everyone for the reply, understand better now what is the action I can take or probably no action can be taken.. Just to have accept it..

I have spoken to my superior, he will just turn and twist. Like for the reporting structure, he will just say oh ya, he/she will be supporting your team (though there's nothing he/she can support our team, we got nothing to do with each other). Then the other day ask again on this, the story become ya, u need to report to he/she as well. Those perform well from your team will become his/her staff, then u hire new and train again.

In other instances, my superior will just use his power and authority, nothing can be discuss, only thing I can say, is yes.

My hr can't do anything. One the new staff voice out openly his disagreement for last minute travel arrangement and ask for reschedule, get terminated

Seems like your superior has their own motives for this. If I were in your shoes, I would try to learn more and understand their motives as well as see if I can build relationships in other verticals or above my superior.
