do you guys know if the windhshield is expensive? So suay got hit on highway and have a big crack :/ no insurance

Haven't try before, but maybe 1k or so? EDIT: Probably more, forgot that alza got the special camera thingy in front so I think will cost more.

When is your insurance renewal? One 'trick' is to renew insurance and add windscreen cover, then make the claim after renewal. During claim they won't investigate WHEN it was cracked. But only if its coming up soon la, drive around with cracked windscreen for months is a stupid idea with our weather.

I just got my Alza AV on Feb 20, 2024.

On the insurance cover, I see that the extra insurance cost for windscreen (coverage RM2000) is RM300.

Now insurance smart liao lo... cannot renew insurance with windscreen cover without the insurance agent take picture during the renewal.
They no more blindly let you add windscreen cover... unless previous year you also have wind screen cover....

Well, if there is a crack ( hair line ) on the windscreen, the insurance agent also can take picture without detecting the hair line crack

Ativa itself is RM2.2K. Should be similar. Probably have to do at Perodua else they say warranty issue on other stuff like the camera and so on.

POV que is different compare to normal que. tapi i read at fb all now very fast. 2-3 weeks can get already.

For AV spec, it came with tinted but not dark enough, so for new tint will it require tear out the ori tinted or topup another layer?

My fuel cap failed to open just now pumped petrol. Need to pull the cap slightly while another person pull the lever...
Will send to SC to check and repair. Just wonder is this common problem and the SC can resolve it properly?

Dunno how common or not, but the same thing happened to my wife's Alza.

They tighten something after my first complaint, after few weeks happened again. During the suspension recall gave them a piece of my mind so they ordering a new fuel lid.

Suggest you show them this and get a new one too.
