You made the correct decision to jump the ship now. This is normal in banking industry which everyone keep jumping around every 2-3 years to pump their salary and gain new exposure / experience in the same time. Don't feel hesitate or regret with your decision, this is wise choice. If you stay longer again, the employer may not feel comfortable to hire you as 10-15 years in the same company will give them an impression that candidate is already in the comfort zone.
