It’s good that you have the drive to try something new, especially since you were already aware that management was trying to stifle your growth. Most importantly, you’re earning more, and you can use this new experience to upskill yourself and get that MNC/GLC job in a few years.

BTW, once you get used to your new work environment, you’ll feel like you’ve been there decades instead of months lol.
